Why do we charge a deposit?
Our technicians' pick up oil filters specific to your vehicle, and they drive out to your location. If you miss the scheduled appointment that is time and money spent getting to your location. The deposit gets applied to remaining amount due after the service as long as the booking is not missed..

What areas of the AZ Valley do we cover?
We will drive to most Maricopa County areas (Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, Tolleson, Avondale and Buckeye).

What Oil do we use?
We use the correct viscosity of oil for your vehicle that is recommended by your car's manufacturer. We do offer full Synthetic oil if requested for an additional cost.

Will your driveway, parking space have oil spills?
Our technicians come prepared with ground protection and proper gear to avoid any spills. Our focus is to make sure the service area is left how we found it. We follow all the requirements for safety and environmental regulations.
Old oil filters and old Oil, where does it go?
All of the waste is recycled by state-registered recycle center

Are we insured?
Yes, our vehicles are fully covered, and we also have "Garage Keepers" insurance which covers your vehicle and your property while we service.

Who needs to be there during service?
We only require access to the vehicle, and keys. We schedule call to meet you with your vehicle. Once the service is complete, we call you to meet us back at your vehicle. If you need to make special arrangements, you can speak with our service consultants.

How do you pay for service?
Debit Card, Credit card or cash. We use a secured system through Square.com Fleet accounts can be set up with monthly billing. No checks accepted at this time. Sales tax (8.6%) is applied after service is completed

Does weather affect your scheduled appointment?
For the protection of your engine and the safety of our technicians, we will ask to reschedule to another time, during severe rain or heavy sand storms

Cancellation Policy:
​
Please be advised that cancellations made up to 4 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, phone call will be processed without a penalty.
​
Cancellations made 4 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of half of the quoted service rate. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is not reachable / unavailable.
If On The Spot Oil Changes cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice], a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.

Do we offer any other services?
Other than oil changes for standard vehicles and fleet service, On The Spot Oil Changes also offers: Brake Flushes, Power Steering Flushes and Battery Replacement, scan check codes
